Is this a Black Curriculum?

No. The Conscious Curriculum appropriately, responsibly, and responsively USES Black History content as the key driver as part of its self-empowering curriculum.

Is this a curriculum for Black children and young people only?

No. The Conscious Curriculum supports all children and young people (especially those who are disadvantaged by the education they receive) to develop self-empowering habits so that they can self-direct their lives purposefully despite any adversity they may face.

Will the Conscious Curriculum help a young person to get better GCSE/A Level and/or vocational qualifications?

The Conscious Curriculum will support children and young people to understand their gifts of greatness and how to use their inner power to self-direct their lives so that they can achieve all that they desire.

Can you receive the training to deliver the Conscious Curriculum if you are not a qualified teacher?

Yes. The programme has been designed and developed to ensure that it caters to the needs of all adult educators in schools and colleges with varying experiences of working with children and young people.

Will school or college staff have to do more work if they decide to deliver the Conscious Curriculum?

No. The training programme has been devised to ensure that adult educators simply need to come with their ideas. They will not be expected to produce resources or learning plans. That is the work of the curriculum experts at Change Agents in Action Ltd.

Will the Change Agents in Action team be delivering the training for the Conscious Curriculum online or in person?

The Change Agents in Action team are conscious of the pandemic and as such to ensure the safety of their team members and safety of all children, young people, and the school/college staff they will deliver all the training online at present. The Change Agents in Action team will follow all guidance and adhere to all protocols and will only enter schools and colleges when it is completely safe to do so.
