Through our Conscious Coaching Programme/workshops for conscious conversations and evaluations about Curriculum Design and Delivery
How we do it
Phase A
- We work with carefully selected* Adult Educators in your education setting who are your Change Agents in Action
- We work with you to carry out an initial assessment/inventory in your education setting to determine your preparedness for the introduction of The Conscious Curriculum (Self-Empowering Programme of Study that uses Black History content) for all ages
- We agree on the steps that need to be taken for ensuring the effective implementation of The Conscious Curriculum
*school leaders make their decisions about the Adult Educators who will be involved in the school
Phase B
- The leaders in your education setting make a commitment for implementing and embedding The Conscious Curriculum in a way that best meets the needs of the children and young people across the education setting
- We train and support the carefully selected* Adult Educators through our accredited Conscious Training Programme so that they are appropriately equipped to deliver The Conscious Curriculum
- We support the introduction of The Conscious Curriculum across the education setting
- We then stand on the periphery and see your great work unfold!
Phase C
- We coach and mentor Adult Educators and provide ongoing support through our Conscious Coaching Programme and Workshops for continuous development
