- Enhance the belief that professional learning is valued for all adult educators irrespective of position, responsibility, or title
- Make sure that professional learning is prioritised and resourced so that the Conscious Training Programme can be an example of best professional development
The Process for training adult educators to deliver the Conscious Curriculum 
- Stage one-Orientate: Determine adult educators starting points for understanding how to prepare themselves to deliver the Conscious Curriculum
- Stage two-Prior Experience: Build upon areas of adult educators experience and expertise about use of Black History as the key driver for a self-empowerment curriculum
- Stage three-Implement methods: The key principles for imparting the Conscious Curriculum
- Stage four-Conscious reflections: Adult educators to reflect upon the impact they are making through the process of delivering the Conscious Curriculum
- Stage five-Embed methods: Deepen the delivery of the Conscious Curriculum to forge stronger connections with the education establishments existing curriculum model
- Stage six-Re-assess and Re-align: Quality assure
