Education Director
Responsible for the Strategic Direction of Change Agents in Action. Coordinates the Design, Development and Delivery teams who Implement the Conscious Curriculum, Conscious Training Programme and Conscious Coaching Programmes. Delivers on the Education Strategy across all age ranges. Has oversight of the Quality Assurance processes for ensuring that the highest quality service is provided.
Damil Okolo Angus
Finance/Funding team
Responsible for securing small amounts of capital from a large number of individuals to finance the development of the Conscious Curriculum and Conscious Training Programme. Manages data entry into our systems, updating financial records, and processing invoices. Prepares cost analysis reports for ensuring we are providing value for money for the products and services we provide.
Curriculum Advisors
Curriculum Expert Team
Responsible for the development of The Conscious Curriculum (that uses Black History content) resources across all age ranges. This team comprises of a commissioned team of expert Curriculum Designers who as teachers and school/college leaders use their experience and expertise to develop the materials.
Training Team
Training & Development Facilitators
Responsible for using their wide range of skills and experience to design, develop and deliver the accredited* Conscious Training Programme to appropriately train and prepare Adult Educators in education settings to deliver The Conscious Curriculum
Coaching Experts
Coaching Facilitators
Responsible for the design, delivery of The Conscious Coaching Programme and workshops so that Adult Educators are provided with the ongoing professional support they need to ensure the effective delivery of The Conscious Curriculum.
Quality Assurance Reviewers
Quality Assurance/Scrutiny Board
Responsible for quality of the products and services that are designed, developed, and delivered by all Change Agents in Action personnel (including those commissioned to bespoke projects)
